Appointments & Booking

How do I book an appointment?
Call or text (615) 249-8750, or email info@admingeniuspro.com with your document type, location, and preferred time. You'll receive a fast confirmation with a clear, upfront quote — no surprises.
Do you offer same-day or after-hours appointments?
Yes. Same-day, evening, and weekend appointments are often available. Texting is the fastest way to check availability for urgent requests.
Where will you meet me?
Wherever is convenient for you — your home, workplace, a coffee shop, title office, hospital, or care facility. Serving Murfreesboro, Nashville, Smyrna, La Vergne, Franklin, Brentwood, Lebanon, Mt. Juliet, and surrounding areas. Travel beyond these areas is available on request.

What to Bring

What ID do I need?
Every signer needs a current, unexpired government-issued photo ID, such as:
  • Driver's license or state ID card
  • U.S. or foreign passport
  • Military ID
Should I sign my document before the appointment?
No — please don't! Most notarizations require you to sign in the notary's presence. Bring the document complete but unsigned, with no blank spaces.
Do I need witnesses?
Some documents (like wills and certain estate documents) require witnesses in addition to the notary. Check your document's instructions, and let me know when booking so we can plan for it — witnesses generally must be adults who aren't named in the document.

Online Notarization (RON)

How does remote online notarization work?
We meet over secure video from any device with a camera. Your identity is verified electronically, you sign digitally, and I apply an electronic seal. The whole process usually takes 15–30 minutes, and you receive your completed document digitally.
Is an online notarization legally valid?
Yes. Tennessee authorizes remote online notarization, and RON documents are accepted nationwide for most purposes. If a specific receiving agency requires an ink signature, a mobile appointment may be the better fit — I'm happy to help you figure out which you need.

Loan Signings & Payment

Do you work with title companies and lenders?
Yes. As an NNA-certified and background-screened loan signing agent, I handle purchases, refinances, HELOCs, seller packages, and reverse mortgages — with careful package handling, prompt drop-offs, and same-day scan-backs available.
How much does a notarization cost?
Pricing depends on the service: standard notarial acts follow Tennessee's fee guidelines, with travel and loan signing services quoted upfront based on location and package size. You'll always know the full price before booking — no hidden fees.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, all major cards, and common payment apps. Invoicing is available for title companies and business clients.
Can you help me fill out my document or give legal advice?
No — as a notary public, I'm not an attorney and cannot prepare documents, give legal advice, or advise you on what type of notarization you need beyond general information. For legal questions, please consult a licensed attorney.
